Dynamics 365 partner in South Africa that builds the compliance layer itself.
We implement Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations in South Africa, and we ship what the standard product leaves out: PAYE, UIF and SDL payroll, PFMA and PPPFA procurement compliance, disbursements, grants. Products, not billable hours.
Three problems South African finance teams bring us.
Payroll that posts to the ledger by dimension and produces bank files, remittances and returns, with the tables kept current.
South African payroll on Dynamics 365 → Public sector PFMA and PPPFA rules enforced inside the ledger.Bid committees with separation of duties, preference scoring, CSD and B-BBEE checks, and GRAP reporting, not a register beside the books.
GovFlow 365 for public entities → Across the region One ledger from Johannesburg to Lusaka and Windhoek.A group chart and a connector per country, with consolidation to a South African or international parent.
Dynamics 365 in Southern Africa →Playbooks for the people who sign off Dynamics 365 programmes.
Fifteen frameworks for CIOs, CFOs and COOs. Each one shows the stages, the decision points and the milestones.
A consultancy that also builds the software.
Most partners implement Business Central and bolt on third-party tools for payroll and procurement law. We publish the products, so the person who configures your system is the person who built the compliance layer.
Everything for South Africa →Compliance inside the ledger.
Procurement rules enforced by the system rather than a policy document. Payroll liabilities reconciled to EMP201 payments. Controls the auditor can test.
One accountable partner.
Discover, Design, Deploy, Support under one team, with the Client Portal for tickets, tiers and release notes after go-live.
Pre-built templates and Accelerators for your country.
Statutory payroll, public-sector procurement rules and bank mappings already built, so a new entity starts from a working design.

Does Dynamics 365 handle South African payroll: PAYE, UIF, SDL and COIDA?
Business Central does not ship South African statutory payroll. PayrollFlow 365 is our global, parameter-driven payroll for Business Central or Finance & Operations, with published statutory content for South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria. It calculates PAYE, statutory deductions and reliefs, posts to the ledger by dimension, and produces payslips, bank files, remittances and returns.
Can Dynamics 365 enforce PFMA and PPPFA procurement rules?
GovFlow 365 is our public-sector compliance suite for Finance & Operations, built for South Africa first. It covers bid-committee workflow with separation of duties, PPPFA 80/20 and 90/10 preference scoring, Central Supplier Database and B-BBEE verification, and GRAP and Modified Cash Standard reporting.
Do you support municipalities and mSCOA?
Municipalities report on the seven-segment mSCOA chart. GovFlow 365 covers national and provincial public-sector rules, and we scope municipal work as configuration and mapping against mSCOA in discovery, before you buy.
Business Central or Finance & Operations?
Most South African organisations up to a few hundred users and a handful of entities are well served by Business Central. Finance & Operations fits groups with many entities, heavy intercompany activity, regulatory reporting or public-sector procurement law. Entity count, integration load and reporting needs decide, not headcount.
Do you work outside Gauteng?
Yes. Delivery is remote-first with on-site workshops at key milestones, for organisations in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and across Southern Africa.
Do you have South African references?
Our delivery record spans South Africa, Kenya and the wider region, and the client names on this site are ones we are able to show. We discuss relevant references in confidence and with client permission, and offer a scoped discovery workshop so you can judge the fit.
