How pricing works.
We publish the model, not a price list, because the number depends on your users, entities and integrations. Here is exactly what drives it.
Microsoft subscription, per user per month
Dynamics 365 licences are billed by Microsoft by named user and role (Team Member, Essentials, Premium; Finance, SCM and so on). We size the mix; you pay Microsoft list or your enterprise agreement rate.
Quoted from your user list by role.Per tenant, annual
Software Dynamics ISVs are licensed per tenant per year, with tiers by transaction volume or employee count where relevant (payroll, disbursements).
Quoted per product. Bundles for two or more.Fixed price per phase
Discover is fixed price. Design, Deploy and Support are fixed per phase once discovery has set the scope, with a change process for anything outside it.
Written proposal after a scoping call.Managed services, monthly
Standard support is included for the first term. Managed and Premier tiers are a monthly fee with a bank of change hours.
Tier chosen at handover; adjust annually.Scoping call, then a costed proposal with licences and implementation separated and every assumption listed.
