StockFlow 365

StockFlow 365 is the warehousing app for supermarkets, manufacturing and distribution centres in Africa, Europe, Australia, UAE and USA, on Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. One handheld covers receiving, transfers, counts, adjustments and returns. A scan of a unit, a case, a GS1 label, a license plate or a serial number finds the line and books it. Every post goes to Dynamics 365 with the worker's name on it, and the same screens run on Android and Windows. Receiving opens purchase orders and advance shipping notices: scan the pallet and every line on it is booked. GS1-128 labels fill batch and expiry, and expired stock is refused. Electronics take one serial per unit. Frozen and fresh produce wait in quarantine until they pass. Warehouse-managed branches get put-away work. Transfers ship and receive between branches and between companies. Nothing can be received before it ships, and nothing more than was shipped. Batches and serials travel with the stock, and intercompany orders arrive at local prices. Counts show book and counted quantities, or hide the book for a blind count. A variance over 10% or 20 units needs a supervisor's PIN, and lines outside a 5% tolerance move to a recount. A scan shows on-hand and available stock, the price in the branch currency, batches earliest expiry first, and what every other branch holds. Replenishment lists items below their minimum; one tap raises a transfer from the distribution centre, sized to the maximum and to what the centre can send. A post made without a signal waits on the device and replays once, never twice. Workers sign in with Microsoft Entra ID or a branch password, hold assignments in several companies, and switch branch in one tap. The company, currency and language follow. English, Kiswahili, French and Arabic are included, and Arabic mirrors every screen right to left. The Floor tab shows receipts on time, count accuracy, shrinkage and open work, and that same dataset is what the group reads in Power BI.
