1. These terms

These terms govern your use of softwaredynamics.co.za. Using the site, sending a form, or booking a discovery meeting means you accept them.

They are not a statement of work. Price, scope, timeline, and service levels exist only in a document both sides sign.

2. Who you are dealing with

The website is published by Software Dynamics Limited in Nairobi. Software Dynamics SA (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg and Software Dynamics Group Pty Ltd in Donnybrook, Victoria, are part of the same group and may be the contracting company named in a proposal.

Until a proposal names a company, correspondence from this site comes from sales@softwaredynamicsgroup.com and does not, by itself, create a contract for implementation, licences, or support.

3. Information, not an offer

Articles, product pages, comparisons, and the ROI calculator are information. Figures are indicative. Competitor descriptions are our general understanding of typical products and should be checked with that vendor.

A page that describes an ISV product describes what that product does. It is not a warranty that the product is the right fit for your entities, your country, or your regulator. That conclusion belongs in a working session and, if you proceed, in a proposal.

4. Discovery meetings

You may request a 45-minute discovery meeting from the contact page. The time is held only when our calendar accepts the slot, or when we confirm it by email. The booking title is Discovery Meeting Software Dynamics.

The meeting is a conversation about your process. It is not a paid workshop, a design sign-off, or a promise to start work. There is no fee. Reply to the confirmation if you need to move or cancel.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, company, and email you submit, and for having the right to share any facts you type into the form.

5. Blueprint requests

The Insights page can ask us to send executive blueprints. The request must use a company email address. Consumer addresses, including Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo, are refused.

We email the request to ourselves and then send the PDFs manually. A blueprint is an explanation of an approach. It is not a proposal, a quotation, or advice on which you should rely without a conversation about your own books.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. In particular:

• Do not submit someone else's personal data unless you have the right to send it to us
• Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the site
• Do not upload malware or unlawful content through any form
• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors
• Do not present our pages as your own product

We may refuse a form, or block a source, that breaks these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, diagrams, and ISV product names on this site belong to Software Dynamics Limited or its group companies, unless a page says otherwise. You may link to a page. You may not copy a substantial part for a competing service.

Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Finance and Operations, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and related names are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. We are an independent Microsoft partner. We do not speak for Microsoft.

8. Estimates and third-party products

Microsoft licences are sold on Microsoft's terms. Our description of a licence, a release wave, or a Microsoft product is our reading of public material at the date on the page.

The ROI calculator and the readiness scorecard use the inputs you type. They are a way to start a conversation. They are not an audit, a savings guarantee, or a quote.

9. Confidentiality

We treat what you submit on a form as confidential and use it to answer you. That practice is not a mutual non-disclosure agreement. If the work needs one, we sign it before you share tenant data, employee data, or bank files.

Do not send production data, passwords, or customer files through the website form.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on website content, from a meeting that is moved, or from a third-party service such as Microsoft 365 being unavailable.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that the law says cannot be limited. Nothing on this page removes a mandatory right you have in your own country.

11. Law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya may hear a dispute about the website.

A signed agreement follows the law written in that agreement. Work contracted with Software Dynamics SA (Pty) Ltd follows South African law if the agreement says so. Work contracted with Software Dynamics Group Pty Ltd follows the laws of Victoria, Australia, if the agreement says so.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading. A change to the website terms does not rewrite a contract you have already signed.
