From the sales or transfer order to the signature on the delivery note, it plans the load, dispatches the trip, tracks it, captures proof of delivery, and reconciles the cost. Planning consolidates demand, runs constraint-based load and route optimization, and publishes dispatch-ready trips, with every override kept auditable. Dispatch is a live board and a trip lifecycle from readiness checks through departure, stop execution, exceptions and close-out. Tracking streams GPS breadcrumbs, geofencing, SLA risk and exception alerts to a Control Tower. Proof of delivery is a driver-app signature and photo, with short, damage and rejection handling that feeds reverse logistics. Costing uses rate cards, tracks fuel and mileage, and produces settlement extracts ready for GL posting. Reporting is a KPI catalog with drill-through, and an AI copilot that answers operational questions against live data.
