The starting point
Core banking, lending or policy-admin systems hold the transactions; finance receives extracts and journals them. Entities close at different times. IFRS 9 and IFRS 16 workings live in Excel. Regulators and auditors ask for the line behind the number.
What we put in
Finance & Operations or Business Central as the ledger, with AccountingFlow 365 as the accounting hub. It receives sub-ledger activity from core banking, lending and insurance systems and posts it under controlled rules.
Regulators
Banks and insurers answer to the Prudential Authority and the FSCA, and credit providers to the National Credit Regulator. Return formats and dates are set by the regulator; we design the chart and dimensions so returns are a report from the ledger, and confirm specifics with your finance team and auditor.
How an engagement runs
It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.
Discover
Process workshops, data audit, and a fit-gap against the standard product.
Design
Solution blueprint, integration map, and the extensions we will actually need.
Deploy
Configuration, migration rehearsal, role-based training, UAT and phased cutover.
Support
Hypercare, managed services, client portal, scheduled optimisation reviews.
What drives the cost: users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against standard. See how pricing works or run the three-minute readiness score.
Frequently asked questions
Do you replace our core system?
No. The core system keeps running loans, policies and deposits. We build the accounting layer behind it.
Can you produce regulatory returns?
We design the ledger so returns are reportable. Exact return formats are confirmed in discovery.
