Dynamics 365 Commerce / POS Developer
Build and extend Dynamics 365 Commerce and POS so store, handheld and e-commerce post into the same ledger.
About the Dynamics 365 Commerce / POS Developer role
Retail and food-and-beverage clients need a POS that posts. You will build Dynamics 365 Commerce and Store Commerce extensions so a sale in the store is a sale in the ledger.
What you will do
Develop Dynamics 365 Commerce and Store Commerce / POS extensions in TypeScript and C#.
Extend the Commerce Runtime, channel database and POS views our retail and F&B clients run.
Integrate handhelds, payment terminals and e-commerce channels that must reconcile.
Protect offline resilience and end-of-day posting so stores can trade when the line drops.
Work with Finance and Supply Chain consultants so stock and tender types stay consistent.
What you bring
Shipped work on Dynamics 365 Commerce, Store Commerce, CPOS or a comparable POS platform.
Strong TypeScript and C#, and a clear idea of how a tender becomes a GL entry.
Retail or F&B delivery experience, even on one banner.
Nice to have
Hardware profiling and peripherals.
Commerce SDK and CRT extensions.
Payment gateway integrations.
Ability to travel to Europe is an added advantage.
