Education, water and enterprise programmes, run from Nairobi, with people in Ethiopia, Somaliland, Rwanda and London. Business Central holds the companies. Not every requester should have to live in the ERP.

Programme staff in several countries needed to raise requisitions, but the ERP is built for finance users. Giving every requester an ERP seat was the wrong answer, and a separate system would have created a second set of books.
One tenant. The portal is a door, not a second set of books.
- Put a portal in front of the ERP for the people who only need to request, and keep approvals and posting inside the ERP.
- Use one identity provider across the foundation's companies, so access is managed in one place.
- Keep the secret on the server: the browser should never hold the token that calls the ERP.
